The walk in cooler refrigeration system includes walk-in cooler condensing unit and evaporator. What’s the Type of Walk in Cooler Refrigeration System?

The walk-in cooler refrigeration systems includes self-contained refrigeration system and remote refrigeration system.

• Split walk in cooler condensing unit and evaporator

The remote refrigeration system is apposite to monoblock refrigeration unit, the condenser unit is installed outside of the cold room, the evaporator unit is installed inside of the cold room, they are connected by the cooper tube. So it is also called split walk in cooler condensing unit and evaporator.

• Monoblock condensing unit and evaporator

The self-contained refrigeration unit integrates monoblock condensing unit and evaporator into one packaged refrigeration unit, so it is also called monoblock refrigeration unit or packaged refrigeration unit. It is pre-tested and pre-charged refrigerant, customers don’t need to weld on site.

Walk in Cooler Refrigeration System-Monoblock Refrigeration Unit

The monoblock refrigeration unit for walk in cooler integrated the refrigeration compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator into a packaged refrigeration unit. Customers don’t need to connect the walk in cooler condenser unit and evaporator unit on site. And the walk in cooler unit is pre-tested, pre-charged refrigerant. The wall mounted refrigeration unit for cooler is installed on the wall panel of walk in cooler. The walk in cooler compressor and evaporator, condenser are combined together to provide a quick and easy installation walk in cooler units for walk in refrigerators and freezers.

The following points should be noted when installing a Wall-mounted Refrigeration Unit:

• Make sure there is no obstruction at the condenser outlet and the heat dissipation is good. If the condenser air outlet does not dissipate heat well or the condenser air outlet is blocked by objects, resulting in poor heat dissipation of the condenser, causing high-pressure protection.

• It is recommended to install the monoblock walk in cooler refrigeration unit far away from the door. Since the position near the door is easily affected by the external hot air flow, when the door is opened, the external hot air flow enters the cold storage, and the walk-in cooler refrigeration unit will easily frost or even ice.
