High Efficient and Energy Saving

The traditional air cooler evaporator units mostly use the electric defrost to melt the frost layer. The power of the electric heating tube is basically several kilowatts. The defrost time will be lasted for 20 to 30 minutes and several times per day. The electric defrost not only consumes a lot of electric energy, but also cause the increase of cold room temperature and refrigeration load. That means when the defrost finishes, the condensing unit needs to work for longer time to reduce the cold room temperature to meet the set temperature. While the wall mounted monoblock refrigeration unit adopts the advanced reverse cycle hot gas defrost. During the defrosting period, the high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant will enter into the evaporator through the four-way valve directly. The inner wall of the evaporator coil will be heated evenly, so the reverse cycle hot gas defrost is more efficient, shorter defrost time, smaller temperature fluctuations.
