Replacement of Air Cooled Indoor Condensing Unit

The water condensing cooler unit is an good alternative of air cooled indoor condensing unit. When the high-pressure high-temperature refrigerant gas is discharged from the compressor, the water refrigeration condenser conducts the heat to water. Then the refrigeration system rejects excess condensation heat through liquid pipes to a dry cooler outside of the building. While the air cooled refrigeration condenser is conducted to air through the cooper tube condenser, resulting in room temperature increasing.

What’s the Difference Between Air cooled condensing unit and Water cooled condensing unit?

Air cooled condenser

The air cooled condensing unit generally adopts copper tube aluminum fin coil. When the high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant gas is discharged from the compressor, it will heat exchange with the air by the copper tube and the condenser fan.

Water cooled condenser

Water-cooled condenser includes plat heat exchanger, shell and tube water condenser, coaxial water condenser. When the high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant gas is discharged from the compressor, it will heat exchange with the water in the water cooled condenser.
