The compressor QHD-36K is a MBP & LBP compressor. It can use in low temperature refrigeration systems and also medium temperature refrigeration systems. It is R404A gas, power supply 220V~240V/50HZ, cooling capacity 2.5HP.

Features:

• The MBP compressor QHD-36K is horizontal refrigeration compressor. It has the advantages of low height and compact size, which can make the condensing unit more compact.
• The cooling capacity of QHD-36K has a larger cooling capacity than QHD-23K and QHD-30K. It is 2300W at evaporating temperature -23.3°C。
• The evaporating temperature of refrigeration compressor QHD-36K is ranging from 0°C to -40°C. It can use in low temp refrigeration equipment and medium temperature refrigeration equipment.
• The refrigeration compressor QHD-36K adopts high efficiency motor; the efficiency is 20% higher than reciprocating compressor.
• The refrigeration compressor QHD-36K is with liquid cooling injection which can reduce the temperature of compressor motor. The compressor can work continuously under high ambient temperature condition.

The compressor QHD-36K is a fixed speed refrigeration compressor. Except the fixed speed compressor, we also have R404A inverter compressor and R290 inverter compressor for commercial refrigeration.

1. Is it a rotary vane compressor or reciprocating compressor?

It is a rotary vane compressor for commercial refrigeration, not reciprocating compressor. It is widely used in medium temperature refrigeration equipments also low temperature refrigeration equipments.

2. What’s the difference between the air conditioning rotary compressor and refrigeration rotary compressor?

• The design of refrigeration rotary compressor is quite different from the air conditioning rotary compressor. The most obvious difference is the refrigeration rotary compressor fitted with a liquid injection cooling device, which can cool the compressor motor when it is working.
• The air conditioning rotary compressor is a HBP compressor, which use in high back pressure applications, like home air conditioners, dehumidifiers and so on.
• The refrigeration rotary compressor is a MBP compressor & LBP compressor, which use in medium temperature refrigeration and also low temperature refrigeration.

3. What the oil of R404A refrigeration compressor?

The R404A refrigeration compressor oil is RL68ER.
